My journey with infant massage started in 2011 in Baltimore, MD at the onset of my career as a Child Life Specialist. After obtaining my certification from Infant Massage USA, I was blessed with the opportunity to practice with some tiny, but fierce, premature infants and medically complex babies at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. The Center for Neonatal Transitional Care was an inspiring and truly unique place to be- caregivers and babies from all walks of life showed me just how effective the power of positive touch and nuturing can be.

 

After several years of working with an incredible team at MWPH, I decided to further my education and moved to New York City to pursue a Licensed Master Social Work degree. Upon graduating from NYU, I developed a private client base for Infant Massage in Lower Manhattan while working as a Social Worker at a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in the Bronx, NY. 

 

This is me, on the left! Nashville called, and I answered. By day, I can be found in the Neonatal Intesive Care Unit at a renowned hospital here in town. As a new Nashville resident, I am thrilled to spread the word about Infant Massage through private and group sessions. Look for me at Babies R Us (featured) and in Nashville Parent Magazine! My hope is to provide caregivers with the tools and foundation for a loving, bonding experience- allowing YOU to be the expert.
